Steps to building
a dream life together.
Switzerland. Five kids around one table. A home with the door open. None of it is bought in one go — it's bought by the little things, done today, over and over.
Every dollar here is a step.

The route
One target at a time. Minimums on everything else, always.
Just bought something?
Take a photo of the receipt. It reads the merchant, the total and the date, and fills the form for you.

What we're actually building.
Add your Pinterest saves here. Every tile is a reason to keep going on a month when it feels like nothing's moving.
Where every dollar goes.
Built on the $50,000 draw only — guaranteed, resets yearly. Commission never goes in this column.
The monthly map
Where the $5,000 goes. Each bar is that line's share of the month — not what's been spent. The three you actually track show both.
Log a purchase
Snap it and the fields fill themselves. Check them, then add it.
Miscellaneous funds
The costs that aren't monthly but always come anyway. A little every month beats the card in December.
Transactions
The bank side, handled.
Every account in one place. What's coming out, what's coming in, and what's actually spare.
Connect the bank
The Tiller subscription you already pay for does the linking. It reads your banks every day, and this app picks it up within the hour. Read-only — nothing here can move money.
- In Tiller, add your personal accounts (and Dani adds hers) to a new Tiller sheet — not the Iron Circle one.
- Paste the Dream Life sync script into that sheet and run setup once.
- Come back here. Accounts show up on their own.
The full click-by-click is in docs/BANK-SETUP.md. Iron Circle's card and checking are blocked twice over — they can't land here even by mistake.

Import a CSV
For a bank Tiller can't reach. Download the statement as CSV from the bank's website and drop it here. Importing the same file twice adds nothing.
Feed settings
Leave it blank to use everything the bank sends. A receipt you scanned and the bank's copy of the same purchase are matched automatically, so nothing counts twice.
The line that only goes up.
Every payment and every dollar saved moves this. It never goes backwards as long as you keep going.
Debt burn-down
What if we found a little more?
+$0 / monthDrag it. Dani's nanny money, a commission check, the $275 if the policy turns out to be swappable. This is what each one actually buys you.
Snowball or avalanche?
Two honest ways to kill the same debt. Avalanche hits the highest rate first and costs the least. Snowball kills the smallest balance first, so you feel a win sooner. Same money every month either way.
Debt thermometers
Month by month
Every month you've closed out, and what moved.
Record this month
Open the app or the statement and copy the number that's left. Not what you paid — what you still owe. That's what draws the gold line.
Month by month
Every line
One door. Then all of it.
Nothing on this board opens while you still owe money. That isn't a punishment — it's the shortest path. Every dollar of interest you're not paying is a dollar that goes here instead.
Already living this
Not locked, not waiting on money. True this month and every month.
Forty-five minutes, once a month.
First Sunday. Sit down together and go through this. The couples who make it talk about money on a schedule instead of during a fight.
Past money dates
What you noticed, in your own words.
Both phones, one set of numbers.
Everything saves to your own Cloudflare worker the moment you change it, and the other phone picks it up within half a minute. The Google Sheet pushes into the same place.
Status
Export
Tab-separated rows paste straight into the sheet's ledger block. The backup is everything, including the dream board.
The budget
Give every dollar a job. When “left to assign” reads $0, the plan is whole.
What we owe, exactly
Rates and minimums from the statements. Until you tick “from the statement”, the app says it's assuming.
Sign-ins
Each of you has your own name and password. Forgot one? The other person makes a one-time code here — that's the way back in. Codes last a day and work once.
